This product is similar to our 4 D 6-Volt (High Current) Battery Eliminator kit but is enhanced for compatibility with Hot Wheels® Booster units that require 4 D batteries.

We found that some boosters do not work with our standard product, so this model works great with all boosters we ve been able to test. Please share your results with us and we ll update the list. Please see photos and list below. As an additional bonus, we ve also discovered that it works even better than 4 fresh D alkaline batteries…it s faster!! Another nice feature of this eliminator is the total cable length is 11 feet which allows you to have your tracks set up in the middle of the living room floor, as we all tend to do, and still be able to reach a wall outlet without an AC extension cord.

Replaces 4 D batteries or 4 AA batteries. Plug-in-wall AC power source 100-240 VAC. 6 VDC output up to 3 Amps or current (3000 mA). Includes one Active Cell and 3 Dummy Cells. Easily re-configured for AA or D battery usage. Includes 4 AA-to-D adapters.

Our D Battery Eliminators fit into the battery compartment of your device the same way as a standard D-sized battery. Our AA Active Cell receives power from a thin flat cable that is run under your battery compartment cover. You may have to file a small slot in the battery cover for a perfect fit using a file (included). Our AA Dummy Cells fit into the remaining battery spaces in your battery compartment and complete the circuit which powers your device. The appropriate voltage for the number of cells being replaced is provided by our power unit. Please purchase a Battery Eliminator that matches the total number of cells in your device to ensure the proper voltage is delivered. Choose an AC Source model for use with either US Canada (120VAC) or International (100-240VAC 50 60Hz) wall current. Choose a DC Source model for use in a vehicle or other 12VDC – 28VDC portable power source. Choose a USB power source (~5VDC up to 500 mA) for use with a USB port on a phone charger, computer, portable battery pack, or any other USB port device.
